There was only one employee, store manger Mohammed, working the entire store by himself, yet he still managed to help several customers at once with incredible patience, professionalism, and kindness. Despite being clearly busy, he never rushed anyone and made sure every person received the attention and advice they needed.

“Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is cause of Shinita who works at Macy's! I went in on July 1st and saw that Macy's had some awesome sales 25-40% off and when I got to the register the prices were not matching up. Shinita (and her coworker who's name I did not get) went above and beyond with helping us and not only that but with a huge smile on her face and such a caring attitude. If it wasn't for her this review would not be good, I hope she gets the acknowledgement she deserves.”

“Went in to look at a pair of 1907’s. Genesis scanned my feet to get my size and then got two sizes for me to try on and see which I liked better. I also talked with Ron for a bit about Red Wing’s and boots in general. This was my first time in the store and my first pair of Red Wings. Was a nice experience and would recommend this store if you want a pair of Red Wings. Thank you Genesis and Ron!”
