“I had originally bought boots at the Massapequa store. After being fitted for a 9.5 w they gave me a 10w instead without telling me. When I brought them back for an exchange I was told they didn't have my Size .I went to the Huntington store for an exchange. There I was made aware that the Massapequa store never even made me a customer account and couldn't do the exchange without it. The Huntington manager called them back and fixed the problem. Thanks to the Huntington store manager I was able to get my correct sized boots. Huntington will be my go to store from now on.”

“The store might small compared to the one at Roosevelt Field - but the staff led by Travis is top notch. My family and I came last Friday and was helped by Brittany and Travis and was drawn to return again today for some more purchases. We asked Brittany to hold some apparel for us and we went back for the purchase. Today we were greeted once again by the store manager Travis and Chino (professional and easygoing) as well as Cindy (kind and sincere). Travis is an amazing teamleader. He ensures his staff stays on their toes delivering highest service but at the same time he creates a friendly atmosphere. We will continue to be regulars here even though it's a trek for us. It's worth the trip.”

“Store has wide variety of clothes and styles, including name brand. There's something for everyone here! The staff were so PLEASANT. Everyone there was veery sweet. A young girl named Emma assisted me today, and she was extremely helpful and very kind. One of my best experiences with an employee! I would definitely shop here again, specifically this location because of how great the employees are. Overall great experience, amazing start to being able to shop in-store.”

“Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is cause of Shinita who works at Macy's! I went in on July 1st and saw that Macy's had some awesome sales 25-40% off and when I got to the register the prices were not matching up. Shinita (and her coworker who's name I did not get) went above and beyond with helping us and not only that but with a huge smile on her face and such a caring attitude. If it wasn't for her this review would not be good, I hope she gets the acknowledgement she deserves.”
