The owners Karen and Susan are dedicated to ensuring their staff provides exceptional service and they deliver time and time again. Besides their top notch grooming the store offers unique, high quality apparel, accessories and treats. It's a 10/10!! My dog originally had hip dysplasia in both hips. I elected to have her get left FHO in April 2024 when she was still young. She goes to PT weekly Tuesdyas and Fridays ever since then. She also recently had right FHO about 2 weeks ago as well.
The entire surgery team and physical therapy team has been very amazing and supportive the entire way. Victoria and Riley both answer any questions I have and give recommendations as well as show me how to do all the at home exercises for my dog.
Would recommend them to anyone!

Ensuring he has proper health care is important and all the people at Harborside are truly fantastic, from the receptionists to the tech supports to the vets themselves. We have been bringing Winston in to Harborside for nearly 3 years since we adopted him and every visit they treat him with the utmost care and concern. They routinely go above and beyond for not only his comfort, but for ours as parents as well.
Most recently this week we required some specialized health certificates for international travel & once again Harborside proved to be a great resource. Not only following up multiple times to get us the right answers, but also making systematic changes to ensure our paperwork met requirements for travel and safety. We are so lucky to have such a great Vet organization so close and operated by such great humans. Thank you!

I likely would have given this place 5 stars, but was really disappointed with the portion sizes. I ordered the potstickers and only received two, and there was barely any meat inside them. The burnt ends were also only two small sticks, which was disappointing.
I also thought it was strange that they didn’t open the bottle of wine for us, even though it was a screw top. Overall, I liked the atmosphere and would probably go back here for drinks, but not for food. The place has a lot of potential, but the portions really need to be improved.

Stephanie was our waitress and she was very sweet. I ordered the chicken and waffles and was extremely pleased. The chicken was moist, the portion was huge, and the spicy honey sauce was so good I could have drank it.
The only drawbacks were that it was very loud inside, making conversation difficult at times, and the hostess staff could have been friendlier and more professional. That said, the food, atmosphere, and overall experience were enough to make me want to come back.
