400 Broadhollow Rd, MelvilleThis was my 2nd time coming to The Halston. Both times the food was good. My first experience the service was mediocre. This time it blew me away. From the reservation to the day of my birthday dinner the team was attentive and accommodating. Joanna is 10 out of 10. She answered all my questions,adjusted my reservation and made what felt like a chaotic planning so simple and really put my mind at ease. She helped me navigate some last minute changes with my reservation and Kyle, Cody and the rest of the team executed dinner stupendously. As a person with a background in foodservice I know how stressful it can be dealing with larger parties. They handled everything with ease. From the time i walked in and sat down until the time I walked out I was all smiles. Today was by far one of the best birthdays. Thank you for everything.
