“I purchased the HTS56 Home Theater System, and unfortunately the one I received was defective. Another unfortunate add is I received the HTS Wednesday afternoon before Easter Sunday, and technical support was closed until the following Monday. When I got in touch with technical support that Monday, they were extremely helpful and I had the piece of defective equipment shipped out that day. Unfortunately it took a week for them to receive it and test it before sending me a new one. Now you would think I would give these guys less Stars than four, but overall they are a great company. I know I bought a less expensive HTS, but I knew what I was buying, and why I was buying it. Their customer service is beyond reproach. And if you want really good portable speakers, their Rock party 8 speaker is awesome. I own two of them extremely happy.”

“Rich D’Agnessa at the Carle Place store is a pleasure to work with. My family of four had completed a home renovation project and needed expertise for appliances, and multiple televisions, including a home theater experience. Rich is informed about the products and asked keen questions about the use of each item. He offered several options at various price points , and left the decision making to me. Rich stands out as a true professional who delivers on the promise of exceptional customer service.”
