I went to him directly and he immediately set up a service call to make sure all is functioning properly, not just the dryer itself, but the installation as well. “My 8 year old LG fridge recently died on a Thursday evening. I called Nowell early Friday. He is familiar with my kitchen as this was the 3rd time I've worked with him. He made a few recommendations as I had restrictions due to an existing cabinet for it. He understood the urgency as my food was all spoiling. He was able to locate the perfect unit and had it delivered Wednesday morning. It would have been Tuesday, but I changed my mind on the model. I had doubts about his advice to get a GE, but after reading reviews, they supported his recommendation. The delivery guys were great. They were constantly measuring, rather than trying to force the unit and ultimately had to take the doors off my old.unit and new unit. The new one got installed and they put it back together perfectly. I love it! Thanks again Nowell!”

I bought it within minutes and Len Harris was able to deliver and install within days. They were even able to put the dryer vent through the window. Because when one of the two large air conditioning units we had purchased earlier this summer failed to turn on when we first used it, their technicians were here in half an hour to fix it. That's why. We have dealt with Home Appliance for decades (!) and always been glad we did. Their prices are good, they show up when they are going to show up, and they helped us out in the middle of a heat wave with a minor problem (of my own doing).”

“Really fast and good service. I purchased a speciality refrigerator from them online on a Saturday and they shipped on Monday. This was across three states (deliver to Massachusetts). I ordered white glove service for an extra fee and that is exactly what I got. It was actually refreshing not having to have amazon as some wierd intermediary where communicating with the seller is through code and amazon site messages (same with ebay). It was even better than ordering direct from the manufacturers website which had shown this item out of stock. I would buy something again from them at any time. The item I purchased was over a couple thousand dollars.”

He will do everything to make it right.I purchased 4 Fujitsu Duchess HVAC and he had his installed install them about 1 1/2 years ago. The Installer the old man and his son were so professional. They didn't make a mess in my house and the units were installed neatly. How to I know I saw other pro installers install them and they were a very messy install job.Also Steve's prices are the best. No knock off imitation brand full warranty.”

“Contrary to many opinions here, I've sincerely never had a problem with this location. I am in the middle of a renovation and frequently come here with my general contractor. We're usually prepared with measurements, narrow down our shopping list by looking online at what's in stock, and don't hold up the clerk by asking many questions. The types of services that I use are: 1. installation services (allow yourself some time), 2. general store purchase, 3. store purchase with assistance getting heavy things down from shelves or other types of assistance, 4. home delivery and online purchases, 5. Pro Services (with my contractor). Go in, pick up what you need, pay, then leave. Just like any other store.”
