“I want to send a huge shout out to Jake, Matt and Dustin of the East Rochester location for being so kind, patient, and accommodating to my 98 year old father after being scammed by Dish network and Boost Mobile. They were able to get him reconnected with his flip phone, hooked up to his desired TV channels, and by some miracle, were able to assist with getting back his land line phone number, that he had been familiar with for 30+ years, that had been disconnected. They fully understood our desires and worked with us to make this as easy as possible. Also, they have no lengthy contract to sign!

“so - we went to T-Mo on Jeff Rd / Marketplace Dr. They were TERRIBLE!! The salesperson couldn't be LESS interested in what we had to say (another review), so we went to the Brighton location. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Lemme tell you. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly. They took the time to explain ALL the features of the plan and really spent time answering ALL of my questions. Their patience and understanding was second to none. I would HIGHLY recommend this store for all of your T-Mo needs. Can't say ENOUGH good things about this crew. We were there for over 2 hrs, porting phones over, and they were very patient with all of the juggling we needed to do. Love the service, with no issues. High speed data is STUPID FAST! If you're interested in going pink, come to THIS location!! They are an AUTHORIZED retailer - don't go to the other places that are jokes.”

With T-Mobile, I can generally handle all my account needs with a phone rep, but sometimes I need a quick repair or replacement or I need an accessory or just product buying advice, which is when I drop in on this location. The representatives here have always been able to help me find what I need, give me options, and save me time without pressuring me or making me feel like I'm wasting their time.”

“We have 7 lines on our plan so I am constantly in need of something. This location is super convenient! I love having somewhere to stop into in person, and Alissa has been so helpful the last two times I have been there! I opened a new line and was transferring someone else's number from Spectrum to my Verizon plan. It wasn't working at first and Alissa gave me her number when I left the store to make sure to follow up with me and see it through. She was so thorough and helped until the issue was resolved. The second time I went in, my husband's phone had just stopped working. I went in to upgrade, I was paired with Alissa again, and again, it was an amazing experience! She's top notch for customer service! I have to go in today for my daughters phone and I'm hoping she's there! Everyone in this store is really friendly both times I've been in. They all seem knowledgeable about the phones and the services.”

“After a very annoying 4.5 hours dealing with customer service and billing via telephone this morning, and being given the run around over an online order I placed that nobody was able to find or give me any info on, I walked into this store incredibly frustrated.It took the guys two seconds to find the order and let me know what was going on and attempt to help me. While I did not end up with the device I wanted to purchase, and am a little frustrated that the online rep gave me some bad information, the employees at the Holt Rd store were great!Edited: I have since found out that the financing issues were due to someone I spoke to on the phone voiding a payment but not my order, so my account appeared to be over my financing limit. However, with the order canceled, I should have been back UNDER my financing limit and able to make the purchase. So just a fail all the way around. I still rate the store 5 stars because they couldn't possibly know the entire rigamarole that was done to my account before I got to them.”
