“The staff at this post office are ALL truly AMAZING. They greet you with a smile and make sure every customer is totally satisfied.
An issue came up where one of the postal workers was not able to resolve an issue. The postal worker called the supervisor and problem solved.
I give them a 10 star!!!”
“I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I ought to know because I’ve been coming here for 37 years. The lady that was a bad clerk years ago is no longer there because her husband left her and went back to Korea by himself and then she retired. The staff now is very nice and accommodating. I’ve seen many employees even retire at this place through the years , that’s how long I’ve been coming here.I have nothing but good things to say.it’s also a safe place to get my eBay packages delivered. Too many porch pirates ( thieves) in the building I currently reside in .”
“I had a great experience at the United States Post Office in Woodmere. There was only one customer ahead of me, and the line moved very quickly. I needed a passport photo and walked in—even though the door states that an appointment is required, the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. They were able to take my photo on the spot and carefully verify that it met all passport photo requirements.
There was also plenty of parking available in the lot, which made the visit even easier. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I got back into my car, the entire process took less than 15 minutes. Efficient, friendly, and stress-free service.”

Not only was Lionel so kind but he was willing to go over the top to help me even when he was solo and had many people in the store. “My main location where I ship ALL my packages and letters. It sucks that they aren't open on the weekends. It is always closed from 12-1:15. Joyce is the sweetest lady ever! She is so helpful and gives assistance when needed. I have mainly been coming to this location because of her!”
“This is my local post office. I’ve always had great experience with them always went above and beyond letting my son use the restroom one time it’s a great location that the staff they are very friendly and knowledgeable and asked the truth.”

An hour after I called, the missing package magically appeared. . .Thanks to their efforts. This is without a doubt a 5 Star Post Office!”

“I've consistently had great service at the RVC USPS office. The window team is friendly & knowledge about packaging & postal fees. The lobby is clean, air conditioned & well stocked with USPS forms, envelopes & boxes. It also has a self-service kiosk. This is one of my favorite post offices in Nassau County. Thanks! :)”
“The regular workers are so polite, helpful, and patient. Whenever the lines are long and I have to wait instead of using the drop box, I get a greeting with a generous smile, and the greeting is worth the wait! So, I don't mind a sometimes unusual busy day at the Post Office!”

“Post offices generally give me anxiety and I try my best to steer clear of them due to awful past experiences. This time I had no choice as I needed to get my passport renewed and I had to ship out a return. Fortunately for me the staff here (Darvin clerk #38, and Yinney (pronounced Jenny) were actually the friendliest and most helpful post office clerks I have ever met in my life. Darvin even made some jokes that made me laugh and eased my anxiety. What’s more impressive about their amazing customer service is that there were only 2 people doing everything. It was obvious they were understaffed but that didn’t stop them from being nice to literally everyone. I see the post office has improved and I’m glad they hired these two really great people!”
“I come to drop off packages every once in a while and have had good experiences. My packages arrive to the destination around 3 days after drop off so very standard and professional. The post office is small, but the clerks work very fast to accommodate everyone. I haven't had any issues so far. They have been lovely so far.”

“We made an appointment at this location after recommendations from our friends. We are so glad we did! After the horrible experience at the Flushing location, we were feeling really disappointed by the USPS service and wasn’t sure what to expect. A gentleman checked us in on the line outside the door, and we waited for a bit before he said we could go in. Following that, speaking with Liberty has been absolutely amazing! She is so nice, warm, friendly, welcoming, charismatic, kind and helpful! USPS personnel in other locations can learn a lot from her in terms of patience, communication and understanding. She is a gem!”
