“Im one who doesn't usually go out of my way to make a post about anything. But, credit should be given where credit is due. My son and I went in to the Hauppauge branch for fraudulent activity that was picked up on my son's account. It wasnt much just under $30. The branch Mgr took us to his office and treated the whole situation as if we lost thousands more. He did everything he could to resolve the situation and before we knew it the money was back in the account. He did all the leg work, and spent the time required to fix the situation. Im so glad I'm a member here and not just a number. Thank you Jose!”

I was told it wouldn't be long. I went to grab a few things when Greg came down get me. Explained the asst Mgr will be longer then expected. I had 3 things I needed and he handled all 3.
