They were careful, 2 moves 0 broken items that weren’t already on its last leg. Their communication pre move has gotten way better than 3 years ago when I first used their services. As a Cornell employee, I was excited to give them a try, and I am very happy. Not to mention they don’t charge for travel time after completion like other companies do. We had a child who didn't return to school as planned, and they worked with us to retrieve his stuff he'd stored with them. When a problem arose due to boxes not being properly labeled, they were able to use their pick up photos to locate his boxes. Great phone service, great service overall!”
