“The reviews about the long line are absolutely correct. I wouldn't come here to do any banking at the teller windows. However, my husband and I are thinking about purchasing our first home, and I have to write a review of the mortgage specialist at this branch. I wandered in on a busy afternoon, and the concierge let me know that she had some time between appointments and could see me. Rose was SO helpful and kind. She spoke with me for over an hour giving me the exact details of what we would need to get started saving for our home. She gave precise figures, including explaining the closing costs and the breakdown of each monthly payment. She answered every single question I had and really took the time to explain, to the dollar, what each expense was and EXACTLY how much they would be in the areas we are considering. I look forward to working with her moving ahead, and I wanted to write a line specifically about the excellent service I received going in with very little knowledge and preparation. If you are even curious about home-ownership, I would absolutely go to this branch to talk to the specialist.”
“I rarely do any transactions in a bank these days but I had an upcoming trip with my mom to Spain and came to this location to do a currency exchange. Katherine (SHB494) helped me and was so lovely. A few days later I found a gift in the mail from her wishing my mother and me a great trip! That thoughtfulness was so nice and unexpected and I hope Capital one reward her for it!”
“My elderly Mom has been a long-time customer of Webster, prior to that it was Sterling Bank. The bank had input incorrect information on their end and she wasn't able to access online services, she called numerous times to complain about this.The issue was they needed her to come in person to the bank w/her I.D. But my Mom is elderly and has health issues. I finally met w/ Mr. Faridi the bank manager and he offered to visit my Mom so he could personally attest to her information.Thank You Mr. Faridi for your kind act, it's wonderful when a company can go out of its way to help.”
