For over a year, the ATM lobby door lock (that is supposed to work with the Chase Bank card by either inserting the chip or waving the card next to the reader), doesn’t work and makes it where you can’t even use the ATM after 8pm unless one of the unarmed security guards are there.
The actual bank inside is decent.
