“I went into this store to have my wife switch over from AT&T to T-Mobile. To make a long story short, there was a lot of complications doing this because of AT&T. But lucky us we was being helped by a lady name Jahaira. She has to be one of the most pleasant store assistant/sales rep I have ever met. It took more than an hour but not one time did she show any frustration at all. The store closes at 8pm and we was there passed that time. Her other co-workers went home but she continuosly helped us. She always had a smile on her face and was always super informative and helpful. Her customer service was outstanding. “Excellent customer service, staff really went above and beyond considering the line and staffing they had.
However, lots of system glitches for people's accounts. This can't be done or ordered because of the system today. This is a corporate issue, but was exhausting to hear over and over again.”
