I had the uber from JFK drive me straight to the 82nd St store on my way home and Erika quickly and patiently fixed it for me. Very relieved. 5 stars”

He try to understand what customer need & explain them well & giving good service and exact right information . However, lots of system glitches for people's accounts. This can't be done or ordered because of the system today. This is a corporate issue, but was exhausting to hear over and over again.”
