“I have to say that I have been having my doubts with SOS because of how billing is handled and not getting a response back. However today we needed support for our organization and had the pleasure of having Milton help us out. He was knowledgeable and patient with explaining what he was doing when I asked. This is the kind of customer service I always look for when dealing with a company. I wish I can give more than 4 stars because I definitely would have just because of the treatment we received from Milton.”

Staff is knowledgable and helpful. I really look forward to coming in and using what I find! I'd rather spend my money at this business than at a Target any day.”

“I have used the team at World Trade Copiers for 14 years; we are a solo practitioner law firm. They were referred to me by a larger law firm and WTC have been all that I was told 14 years ago and more! They are so responsive to service, repair our printer and keep us supplied with cartridges so that we lose no operating time at all. The service team is excellent and helpful to explain any problems and repairs. The business team is a pleasure to communcate with about any problem. The cost for a large printer was most reasonable for what we needed. You will not be disappointed if you lease from World Trade Copiers!”

“I had a good experience with this company and will use them again. I had an emergency situation with our M630 MF unit, for months we got a maintenance kit low warning, we bought the kit, but was unable to call a tech for assistance to install it, as we had unreliable personnel issues to staff the office due to an employee's family's health problems. Upon the hiring of a new employee, we were finally able to deal with the issue, and AM cooperated in sending someone on an emergent basis due to my concern (not of their making) regarding the maintenance kit. Thank you AM and George (our tech) for knowing what to do.”

“This is the hidden gem you were searching for. Maxwell Furniture has been around a long time and it's evident why. The quality of furniture, above and beyond customer service and an owner who treats you like family is what you can expect.I purchased an entire bedroom set and needed a specific mattress. Joey the owner was genuinely wanting to assist. It's pretty cool to walk into a furniture store as a stranger and then walk out feeling like a family member. What a place! Go go go go - you will be happy!”
