“My mom just told me about this store and WOW! My new favorite place! I love crafting and organization and gardening and knock off products - Dollar Tree has it all! And it’s all like $1.25 or $5 max for bigger things. I even started watching ladies in YouTube who review the products and make crafty things with the DT things. This place has taken over my life but in a really good way!”

“I have to say that I have been having my doubts with SOS because of how billing is handled and not getting a response back. However today we needed support for our organization and had the pleasure of having Milton help us out. He was knowledgeable and patient with explaining what he was doing when I asked. This is the kind of customer service I always look for when dealing with a company. I wish I can give more than 4 stars because I definitely would have just because of the treatment we received from Milton.”

“This is an amazing business that I recommend to anybody who needs a high-end office chair. Alfred the owner only sells pieces which are either new, or in pristine condition. He is in fact an expert on these chairs. I recommend to get in touch with him before you pay retail and wait 12 weeks or more for a chair. You may be able to find what you’re looking for the very same day like I did.”

“I have used the team at World Trade Copiers for 14 years; we are a solo practitioner law firm. They were referred to me by a larger law firm and WTC have been all that I was told 14 years ago and more! They are so responsive to service, repair our printer and keep us supplied with cartridges so that we lose no operating time at all. The service team is excellent and helpful to explain any problems and repairs. The business team is a pleasure to communcate with about any problem. The cost for a large printer was most reasonable for what we needed. You will not be disappointed if you lease from World Trade Copiers!”

“Was told about this place months ago but only recently got a chance to go. Was nervous because I knew little about typewriters but wanted one as I’m a poet and figured it would be a fun way to write poems at events Zach was so helpful and kind with picking the perfect one for me! He let me practice on different machines to see which felt right and helped show me all the ways to operate the machine so I’d feel comfortable before leaving I’m obsessed with my typewriter already! 10/10 recommend!”

“I recently bought a grip section with a broad nib for my ST Dupont Vertigo fountain pen. Both David and Alex were very helpful from the beginning and helped me ensure that the nib I wanted was indeed the nib I received. It fits, is the correct color, and writes like butter. I recommend these folks without hesitation and have become a loyal customer because of this purchase.”

“Went into the store with a pretty ridiculous last-minute request to purchase 50 pens on the same day, but the owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating! He took the time to check his inventory, and when he didn’t have enough stock, he even helped call other stores to see if they had the pens available for me. Although I ended up not purchasing any pens, I was really impressed by how helpful, patient, and knowledgeable he was throughout the whole process. Really appreciated him going out of his way to assist me despite my last-minute request. Would definitely recommend this store!”

“Thanks for returning sanity to our household with your invaluable advice. My family had been going nuts for months fighting with a misbehaving inkjet printer. Besides wondering which family heirlooms we’d start selling to pay for the perpetual replacement ink cartridges, we still didn’t have a normally functioning printer. We were led to CCS. The owner who told us he’d ‘heard that many times before’ and recommended a laser printer. We were a bit wary of the expense but he spent time advising us which was the best bet. (CCS doesn’t sell printers.)When we actually pressed ‘Print’ on our Brother laser printer and a beautiful page actually printed with no trouble... I thought I was going to have palpitations! And it’s still going strong.Guess who has a new toner customer. Thank you!”

“Reliable spot for a quick drink or snack or pack of gum, but they recently saved me! I needed a time sensitive form notarized on a Friday afternoon. They were so fast, yet still took the time to look over the form to make sure I completed my portion correctly, and the fee is quite affordable. Plus no appointment necessary! Like other reviews have said, a classic type of place that makes New York such an amazing city. And the people who run it are really lovely. Thanks again!!”
