“We have been going to B+B Pharmacy for over ten years. You get individual attention that you just can’t get at a chain store, which is why keep going back. We particularly love the owner Elena who is there most of the time, and she knows everyone in my family. It’s smaller and closed on Sundays, so if you need a prescription filled you may need to wait for the item to arrive, but they will get it quickly and overall the individualized attention we receive has outweighed any drawbacks of it being a smaller store. Also, they have always been very careful to work within the confines of my insurance policy. Plus they often have tasty treats for sale in the shop (bonus)!”

“I don't know why you would open a shampoo bottle and smell it to make sure it's the right one if you've bought this product before. This is a small business you don't open anything until you buy it. How you feel disrespected is beyond me. The clerk was right you were wrong. Now to my review, my mom has her prescriptions filled at this pharmacy and they are always so helpful and attentive. “Had to visit this pharmacy as the blood pressure machine that I needed was not available at rite-aid on Northern Blvd.The service was excellent.They did the paperwork (called my doctor's office and rite-aid) while I was seated and asked if I would come back the next day, as they would get it down for me. The next day I was happy to find that they had got it down for me.They were caring ,fast and efficient and a very pleasant atmosphere with all customers welcomed with a greeting and smile.I am so happy that I found this hidden gem of a pharmacy.I left with a beautiful wild life calendar they gifted to me and came back home to find that they had even laminated my health-first card. which was given back to me in a new card holder.Thank you very much to all at J A C Pharmacy.Wishing you a prosperous and happy 2024.
