DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! Horrible company and charged my card for fuel when they gave me the car empty! You cant even get anyone on the phone! They are a scam. I will never rent from them ever again.

Their website and all the emails said they closed at 11PM and when we got the shuttle as my husband was on the phone with them the shuttle tells us they are closed at 10:30 ? Unacceptable we were traveling an hour and a half away and we’re stranded because they false advertised their time. Do not recommend.

Marissa at Tampa airport was great. She gave us a free upgrade to an SUV and she helped me with a concern I had about using our EZ Pass from New York for the tolls.
