I'm very jaded when it comes to Verizon and its customer support but Dia changed all that.
She was kind, courteous and excellent at her job and I walked out with two brand new phones and saved about $10 a month.
Even though this is not close to my house, this will be my go to place for any Verizon wireless issues

“Efficient service but I would never take recommendations from the reps on the telephone. They completely distorted my service and did not know what they were talking about. Ended up with a streaming service and no TV. I was supposed to be lowering my bill by $30 with additional Extra TV. Nope. Finally spoke to a supervisor and the streaming thing would not work with the boxes. I wa told to return the new streaming boxes and original TV (cable) would be restored. My sister got involved and installed them have to have a new modem and router. One TV has regular channels I think. And, it's costing more.”

I mean, just the thought of making that call fills me with a kind of existential gloom— like no you did not tell me to call customer service, that’s why I came here, freakin help me! But, to my absolute relief, Nathaniel didn’t just stop there—he saw my frustration, took over, and called customer service himself. This kind of care is rare—normally, they just shoo you off. But Nathaniel went the extra mile, and even though it took more time, he stayed, explained every hurdle, and made sure I was taken care of. I’ve been so disappointed with T-Mobile recently, but Nathaniel was the saving grace, and the only reason I considered staying—this review is a five-star beacon for him alone. “Best Verizon store ever! Moved from Queens where they were always busy and found this gem which is a standalone store on sunrise Highway with a huge parking lot.
Maybe my experience was really great because Kim helped me and took so much time adding a line to my family plan and explaining everything including how to get on the Verizon app and manage everything there. She spent an hour with us and is invaluable. She’s my go to now!”

“I have been billed for HBO max since April, although I dont have TV Service from Optimum. I have been unable to remove the charge from my bill, even though I have spoken with reprsentatives from Optimum. I keep deducting the $13.78 from my bill each month.
