“I stopped by Stewart’s Shops for the first time while I was in upstate New York, and I was honestly surprised—in the best way.
I had heard a lot about their ice cream, and it definitely lives up to the hype. It was super creamy, rich, and unlike anything I’ve tried before. You wouldn’t expect ice cream this good from a convenience store, but they really nailed it.
The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Even as a first-timer, I felt comfortable right away.
I also tried one of their hot dogs, and I really appreciated that they offer beef hot dogs since I’m allergic to pork—that was a big plus for me.
Overall, it was a surprisingly great stop. Between the quality of the ice cream and the kind service, I’d definitely go back again.”

“Whenever we go for a long motorcycle ride, before heading home it's a stop at different Stewart's Shop Like the many others we have visited they are all clean, great service, and non ethanol fuel. Couldn't ask for more.”
“Customer service is good overall, but, just a friendly reminder to your staff to not have conversations with other co-workers or the person behind me when you are checking my items out. There needs to be more customer engagement, but that seems to be a problem anywhere you go in retail. For a smaller Stewarts' store, there are still a good variety of snack items, and the ice cream is always good of course. :)”

“We came in super early and tired at 3am looking for snacks and gas, and we were so impressed that the cashier, Damian, was so wonderful - he just made our day! Such a nice and friendly person, you expect people at 3am to just ignore you, but he was truly warm and a great person. We just wanted to say thanks for being so lovely to me and my sister on our long road trip, it really meant a lot to us! :)”
