“I was crashing out hard today needing a new debit card. I was in and out with a new card in five minutes, and I'm kicking myself for not asking or remembering the man's name at the desk at the Guilderland branch on New Karner who helped me, he appeared to be Asian. He was awesome and made my day just by doing his job! He was polite, professional, and understanding as can be. Thank you sir if you see this, I was there today 9-2 with a brownish Hawaiian shirt and you turned my whole day around, THANK YOU NBT for having this service, all banks should have this! I will always stick with this bank just for that alone!”

“Seems like a great bank to me. All of the customers and the bank employees seem very friendly; almost too friendly. Anyway, compared other banks around the area, this one is a home run. When I asked to cancel overdraft charges, they actually cancelled overdraft charges (crazy right!?), and when I make a withdrawal, the bank tellers don't give me an attitude (wow, also insane!). These are huge wins compared to my other experiences in the area. The only problem I have is that the Bank ATM seldomly works, which should only ever be an issue on the weekends for most people.”

“I opened an account here this week online. I had to go in to do a first time withdrawal as the debit card hasn't come in yet. I had the most nicest and professional bank teller. I normally don't ever go inside the banks, but this was a nice benefit at the Johnstown branch for needing to go in on this occurrence.”
