“I have been going to this pharmacy for over ten years. Sure, things have changed. Sometimes the wait for pharmacy is insane! Please remember, they are short staffed and doing everything possible to get to every customer. There is one specific Pharmacist, I believe his name is Chris/Christopher, who is SO pleasant and friendly!!! “My husband and I are from Rochester and had never been to Skaneateles before. We decided to visit yesterday for my birthday to look around and grab some lunch. Unfortunately, I locked my keys in the car as soon as we got there. I called AAA for assistance, but your employees (I don't know their names) were SO helpful. They gave my husband a tool to try to get the door open, which didn't work. One of the young girls there went to her car to see if she had anything in there that would open my car and another young man came out with a modified tool to see if he could open my car. Although none of these things were successful, we just wanted you to know how much we appreciated all their help. They certainly went over and above their job descriptions!! You should be proud to have them as employees.”

“I wanted to name each and every employee that I encountered here. I spent Labor Day weekend at Cross Lake. This place to me being 24 hours a day. They were like a Walmart and everyone from the assistant manager and others and night crew were spot on with all my needs. I can not recommend this place enough. Especially in the area. They literally carry anything you need for survival. Thanks again to an amazing staff and place. You made a handicapped man feel at home. But many many miles away. I even added pictures. Because they only show beautiful ? pictures of the snow. I have not seen that part either. But I here it is a primo spot for snowmobile people. Please follow me for all the best places. “Fastrack is more than a gas station. They have great pizza too!! A large pizza with unlimited toppings is just $10. And, currently after you buy 8 pizzas, you get one free. We get a pizza here once a week. 8 big slices in a large pizza, we usually get two meals. Can't beat that for value. The crust is Just right, not too thick, not too thin. It's chewy but still light and airy. Their sauce has a touch of sweetness. Extra cheese and pepperoni and you have a meal. I add veggies to my half, onions, peppers and mushrooms. Only drawback to this deal is no delivery. You gotta go pick it up. Try this pizza, you'll love it!!”

“On Saturday, April 26th, we had an order of 6 breakfast pizzas and coffee. We had placed the order the Thursday prior. We walked in at 8:30am and Tammy and her team had everything ready and they were asking what else they could do for us: creamers, sugars, etc. We may have been there for only 5 minutes, but they made us feel like the most important customers they served.
The breakfast pizzas and coffee were enjoyed by our team. Everything was quick and fantastic!
We will be back for future visits to Byrne Dairy, thanks to Tammy and her team.

“I’m from out of state and was in Auburn for a funeral on Jan 17th. I forgot my medicine at home and called to see if they would be able to help. At first they couldn’t because I had no refills left, or the bottle. But then they went above and beyond by calling my doctor’s office themselves (unprompted by me) and I got a call later saying they had my prescription ready. This was so helpful, especially given my circumstances. Thank you so much to the pharmacist and the techs that made that happen and were so kind over the phone. It was filled so quickly too!”
