“We ordered custom cabinet grilles/mesh from Katonah (we live in Atlanta). They are just one of a couple distributors stateside for imported premium custom metal grilles. These were beatiful and fit as expected. We did have a tricky problem I think related to the ultimate sealant coat on the grilles from the factory. After troubleshooting a bit Katonah arranged an entire new set made and delivered which was totally perfect. Refreshing to see a company take responsibility and make it right for such an expensive custom order. No hesitation buying from Katonah again!”

“I normally go to Home Depot, and never get the service I crave, so I went to this local hardware store close to where I live, and 3 times so far I've had the best experiences with Max and Joey, Manny. All 3 of these guys are knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Kindness is such a rare commodity these days, and rarer in the Northeast. Ugh. Anyway, that really goes a long way when it comes to the in-store experience. This is my preferred hardware store now. Thanks for your help and guidance.
