Atm not available again and a 45 minute wait just for a withdrawal. Only 1 teller attending the guest. About 4 of us in line. Not a first but gets tiring

Clean work space. I wish the customer service could be better. They look and talk so miserably. I'm switching to another bank. M&T customer service sucks both in person and on phone calls.

I wish I could give them less than 1-star….ATM messed up my check deposit, and instead of helping, staff were rude and dismissive. Customer service was even worse—30 days to fix their mistake is unacceptable. I can’t believe this is the first time a bank has actually made me look for an alternative.
