“I was pleased to stop in to get items I needed for my home office. I had interaction with two of the associates that were busy and took the time to explain where any item I needed was located. They were eager to show me where the product was I insisted they not do that because I know they always have things to do. ?The self check out station was easy to use and gave directions that even I could follow to use my card or take coupons.I would recommend the Frewsburg Dollar General!”

“I'm done with the Washington st. store. They get all the disrespectful people in there. We're there for 10 minutes. 4 people go in & out without masks. One guy without a mask didn't give 6 ft. Stood right next to my sister. Happened 2 weeks ago too & other times. Nobody says anything to them. You can't refuse them but my gosh, say something.”

“I used to love shopping here. I still do, as long as I get a good cashier. I love that I can get most ingredients and spices right here. I often can’t get cilantro elsewhere but I always find it at Randolph Tops. Mary, Aspen, and Lucy ( I think that’s her name) are fabulous. Many of the cashiers are. I hope they train some of the newer cashiers to greet customers and treat them with respect. The ability to count change is also a fine skill for cashiers to have. The young man who waited on me today missed the mark on all counts.”

“Prices are better than the Youngsville Tops. Falconer Tops has prices that are a lot less than the prices of the Youngsville Tops. Its clean and it's employees are friendly. I cannot say that about the Tops in Youngsville, PA. The Falconer Tops closes at 10 p.m. and I wish they were open until at least 11 p.m.”

“Tops is nice to run to if you just want to grab something quick or stuff for a 4 course meal. Most of the employees are friendly and will help you if needed. Downfall is the self check out. The registers take so long to recognize what you have bagged so it takes forever.”
