She is a Professional, friendly, caring and sharing. She was educated about the current promotions that MCU offers. She value my time. She wore her covid mask. “I usually do not write reviews, however, I wanted to commend the professionalism and service of Makeida, the Assistant Branch Manager at the Flatbush location. She helped me get my account out of the negative because I was having issues with depositing at an ATM, explained everything in a way I could understand, and helped me close out my account and issued a check for the remaining balance same-day. I would give 6/5 stars but unfortunately since I am unable this review will have to suffice.”
