“From start to finish, my experience with CarStar West Seneca was absolutely terrific and more than what I could have expected. Getting into an accident or in my case hitting a deer was less than pleasant especially with a brand new vehicle, but as I went through the process, CarStar above and beyond with their service. I dealt with Travis specifically who from my original phone call helped streamline the entire process with his words of advice, dealing with the insurance company to handing over the keys after the repairs. I hope I never have to go through it again but I now can say that I would absolutely go back should I need to.

“Had a rear bumper and quarter panel on a Challenger replaced. The attention to detail and gaps/spacing on the new parts were better than from the factory. The paint was an exact match. The only downside is it took a bit longer than expected. Partially due to insurance so I won't knock them on it so much. Great job especially if you pay attention to fine detail.”
