I drive the extra miles to Fayetteville because they do it all better than anywhere else around here and I'm also referring to other P.O. locations in the area.... The man there was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like I was rushed or stupid, it truly was a really pleasant experience and I look forward to making this my regular post office.”

“Had a Priority package sent from Florida on Saturday and was supposed to be here on Monday by 6pm! Never received ! Showed in West Palm beach for 3 days. No updates. So went Into Manlius location for possible help and they were so nice and helpful! Although they saw same thing I did online. They assured me they would try to figure out what was going on! Well they did and about 10:45 this morning a ring at the door and a very nice gentleman had my package in hand! Wish I had his name but looked like he went above and beyond to make sure I received it! A huge thank you!!!!”
