“LOVE this UPS Store in Manlius, NY ---it's my home away from home. I go out of my way to use this location. Very nice owners and staff, always a smile when I go in there. They get busy but are good at acknowledging you and any delay when you arrive. I do a lot of copying there so have gotten to know them pretty well and have become so spoiled with their level of customer service that I don't like to go anywhere else.”
“Been going to this Post Office since as a child with my grandmother. Always helpful and very informative. Hard bump in the from drive to get into the parking lot. Sometimes there's a line of people, but I would reither wait here than at the bigger Post Offices. There's a selection of envelopes in the front. The Clark explained overseas postage very well to me and why it wasn't so expensive.”
“Had to get fingerprints done today staff was very patient and helpful. They worked through some technical difficulties that took a few extra minutes and worked with a positive team effort. Would recommend them for this service if needed.”

“The employees here are saints. Whenever I’ve gone to this location, there is at least one customer screaming about something they had absolutely no control over (as if stamp prices nationwide are set by the employees in Syracuse). Still, the workers here are professional and patient with them.”

Whether it’s Amazon/Happy returns, shipping, or some copies I didn’t feel like dealing with, these folks are on it year after year. “After a week of trying to solve a "wan dering" Priority Package via tracking.... I called the actual location on Wesley St and reached DANA on a Monday. On Wednesday at 7:01 am, my package had made it from Manlius to 13208 in Syracuse !!! That's really less than 2 days!!! THANK YOU DANA 1000 x !!!!!! I tried o reach you to than k you in person but no answers at 11:50am.... The recipient is 99 and in a Hospice.... so I was definitely "antsy" THANK YOU DANA”
