Gagan tried EVERYTHING and even endured complete and unacceptable rudeness from the Verizon tech he called on the phone. She was rude to me as well. The phone was on speaker the whole time. After the phone call, the Verizon tech added notes to what we previously read and said he was "pretending to be a manager", and Gagan IS the manager. I would have stayed with Verizon, I wish I could, but with no solution to the service issue, I couldn't. Thank you Gagan! You made a vroom stressful situation easier than I could ever imagine!”
