“Gagan was BEYOND helpful and understanding. We decided to move to Verizon for our wireless service and wound up with no service at all. Gagan tried EVERYTHING and even endured complete and unacceptable rudeness from the Verizon tech he called on the phone. She was rude to me as well. The phone was on speaker the whole time. After the phone call, the Verizon tech added notes to what we previously read and said he was "pretending to be a manager", and Gagan IS the manager. I would have stayed with Verizon, I wish I could, but with no solution to the service issue, I couldn't. Thank you Gagan! You made a vroom stressful situation easier than I could ever imagine!”

I know that all cricket stores are not run this way, as earlier this week I stopped by my local cricket, spent over an hour with an untrained salesperson and computers which were down. “Competent guys that do what they say they'll do. I've used them twice in the last few weeks. One case was a straightforward power supply issue on my old original X Box - fixing, not bad. My kids will love getting their games back. The second instance was a Samsung tablet that got bathed in Coke (don't ask!) and just wouldn't switch on anymore.it's back to normal. You'd struggle to get a second hand unit at that price. The data had to be wiped but if you had it synced / backed up with a Samsung or Google account then it's no biggie. I'd lost hope on this one, thinking the whole thing was knackered. The thing I like about this shop is that they are very clear with what's going to happen at every step.They look into the issue and quote for the repair. If you don't want to go ahead, you can leave them your unit and you don't have to pay for anything. If they go-ahead and successfully fix the issue as happened in my both cases then they charge you when they collect Simple effective I'll use them again”

“I had problems activating my new iPad for cellular service on my own and came into the store to get some help on a Saturday afternoon. They were so busy, but they assured me I would be assisted momentarily. I watched each staff member carefully assisting lots of families with their plans and selections. I saw each staff member carefully and patiently working with the many families that rotated through the queue. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt by waiting and I was rewarded for my patience. The technician who assisted me struggled diligently to fix my issue and I was thankful for his efforts when they paid off and I happily walked out of the store with my iPad displaying full LTE service. I happened to see all of these negative reviews on here from other customers and I know these hard working employees needed a good review. Thanks guys. I wish I had gotten your names. Happy Holidays.”
