“It is my goal to give positive feedback to Vice President and Manager, Michael Genova, without revealing the details of my personal dilemma. What happened to me was embarrassing, confidence shattering, and put my trust in my own decision making ability in question. Sharing my story with Michael was a great help to my overall disposition. He listened, and never judged me in any way. I felt my anxiety decrease. Michael helped me by setting my sights on the present and making necessary changes to my Flushing and other accounts. He provided me with great suggestions. Some of the suggestion included: filing a police report, file a claim with the company in question's Fraud Department, change all passwords, pay bills with credit cards, remove auto pay, lower my balances in my accounts and open a secure CD account. All of these suggestions were explained in detail and I followed much of his advice. In closing, Michael Genova gave me exemplary customer care. He is highly professional and I recommend Flushing Bank to anyone who wants individual personal care.”
