“This is by far the best pharmacy I've ever been with. They are fast, effecient and kind. After my 2nd time going they knew my name. This is not just a pharmacy that fills medication, this is a pharmacy that cares about it's patients. As someone who has been in recovery for 13 years, the chain pharmacies still put me in a box. The medications I take I take daily so I would have physical panic attacks not knowing what I would run into when I had to pick up my medication. I can't count how many times they had an excuse about something. After calling corporate and explaining the fact that I was being profiled the excuses stopped, but at that point I had enough so I switched to Clarence Pharmacy which if ever there has been an issue it's been tiny and it's been handled immediately. There's no putting me in a box, just treating me like a human and they ensure my medication is ready first thing in the morning via TEXT! It's the best decision I've made and I can't thank Kevin and his staff enough for how they treat their patients”

“I am one of those customers that got switched to CVS cuz of Rite Aid closing. I'm a 47-year-old Marine Corps veteran with 5 degenerative discs & a spinal stimulator that takes public transportation. CVS on Walden Ave is not easy for me to get to whatsoever. I was going to the same Rite Aid the last 20-something years which was a 15 minute Walk for me but is now GONE & left me stranded practically. CVS needs MORE LOCATIONS but so far it's been relatively easy dealing with CVS far as medication and all is concerned ??”

“We got our COVID boosters and the pharmacy tech could not have been more helpful. She knew every little thing that could go wrong and headed most off befirectgey happened. Other pharmacies (see Wegmans) are still trying to figure out how to do the boosters but Walmart just does it.”
“If you don’t use Alden Pharmacy already you need to start..I had an emergency script called in right before they closed and after calling we wouldn’t get it till morning but they were nice enough to stay open a little late just to help me get my script, which was an anti nausea much needed after surgery went wrong . “I have been using option care for about 7 years now. My nurse Joanne DeLprince has by far made the whole experience working with this company worth it. I started with subcutaneous IGG therapy and moved to IVIg therapy. Joanne is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She is a pleasure to have in the home and is committed to continuing educating herself and patients. She has stayed longer to administrator TPA and always goes above and beyond. I had to add TPN to my routine and I love working with Madeline, she is attentive and listens to my needs. Erica is great at filling my orders and ensuring I have the supplies needed. I would have given 5 stars however I had a PEG tube placed and it was infected due to the lack of shipment in supplies to care for the tube. My delivery for feeding was a month after my tube placement and was left outside, which was no good to use. I ended up having to have the PEG tube removed and restart TPN. Last complaint is since the company switched delivery services they are inconsistent and not as friendly as the group of people. I never know when my delivery is coming because they will send the text message hours before they show up.”

“I was locked into this pharmacy because my health insurance made it mandatory for my specialty medication but they've done a great job setting up my account, getting a prior auth & delivering the medication to me. They also will take back the styrofoam cooler my medication is delivered in so it doesn't wind up in a landfill, unlike the last company my other insurance mandated.”

“I have only recently started shopping at Walgreens once they built this store which isn't too far from where I live. It has come in handy and been great to have in the neighborhood. Everyone from the pharmacy counter attendants, pharmacists, to cashiers has been friendly and helpful. Even when I have been sick as a dog, barely able to talk, and grumpy, they have been friendly (but not annoying). The store is very clean, shelves are stocked and neat. I haven't had issues using coupons and I can just enter my phone number for their rewards program. I usually have stopped here for stuff like generic cold meds, cough drops, nasal stuff. Also they run decent sales, like my allergy spray was priced little more than Walmart/Wegmans, but they had it buy 1/get 1 for 50% off deal and I could use a coupon for each, so it was a good savings. Good selection of gift and greeting cards when I am in a pinch and need something fast! Store has good amount of parking. Can be harder to get out of if you are trying to go back down French to the East (towards Transit) or onto Borden going North, but not impossible.”

Walgreens emailed shortly after that my order was ready along with a "I'm here" link to press when I arrived at a clearly marked pickup space at the store. Within 3 minutes an employee came out wheeling a cart containing the eight 12-packs of soda that I ordered and loaded them into my car. Quick response and friendly service!”

Not only can you purchase the items you normally get from the chain drugstores, they have beautiful gifts there and a large sundry of various products that I haven't seen since I was a kid! The selection is almost overwhelming! Get to Tile Pharmacy, you won't regret it.”
