“My custom desktop PC was sluggish and couldn't figure out the cause for months. Was dreading possibility of having to replace some of the more expensive parts to resolve the issue. Brought it in to NCS. Next day they found the cause and repaired it without any part replacements, just the diagnosis fee. The team was great about explaining everything and what to look out for in the future to prolong the life of my build. Would definitely recommend to anyone whose machine isn't running as well as it should be.”

“So grateful to Brian, the owner of this store. My train to NYC was coming in ten minutes when I realized I'd left my (ancient) Macbook Air charger back home... an hour and a half north. I stopped in to DoctorMac to see about purchasing a new charger; Brian said that he didn't sell any compatible with my computer anymore, but he HAD saved a few that people turn in for exactly this reason. He went to a back room and returned with a perfectly new looking charger, which he insisted on giving me for free. My work trip to the city was saved. It's little moments of kindness like this that make all the difference!”

“I had visited this location over the weekend to pick up an Apple MacBook Air M2 laptop. I was assisted by Fransisco in the Apple department of the store. He was very professional and helpful with the questions that I had in regards to the product, and warranty services provided by Apple and Best Buy. I would like to thank the manager of the Manhasset store of having cultural diversity in the employee staff not to mention an excellent team. I’ve recently have had an unpleasant, distasteful and regretful experience with the Smith Haven Apple Store location and recommend everyone to reconsider going to this location for wonderful customer service. Not to mention for the manager of the Smith Haven location should take notes from the Manhasset location so they can better their team. Thank you to the Manhasset location for all your help. “I have never been to Apple before because I never really had to but this was my first time going because my son broke his phone completely. Was not able to get an appointment because of Apple's security measures. As his phone was broken, we couldn't log into his account without getting the code that they texted to his phone. Long story short, we popped up at the Apple store and it was 1:00 on a Sunday. So needless to say it was busy. They were very accommodating and put us in for 3:00 appointment. So we had to wait 2 hours but it is a nice Mall to walk around and waste time. So 3:00 rolls around and we walked back in the store after receiving a text that they were ready for us and they were doing a free drawing class that we were watching as they were looking at the phone and checking to make sure it was okay replace with a new phone. I forget the gentleman's name but he was very nice and patient because my son didn't remember his passwords. Thank goodness I did but the last step to setting up the new iPhone was he needed his old passcode to get into his phone and he did not remember so the gentleman was very patient. 10 minutes later I was just like screw it. What is the worst that'll happen and he was like well. He won't be able to use any of his passwords that were saved and he'll probably not get some messages and like mine or stuff so I said okay. We'll take the Gamble and we left cuz the phone was already set up. It just wasn't allowing him to finish it without the previous passcode from 2 years ago that he changed lol. On the way back home though. He did remember the passcode thank goodness and was able to get into his phone completely because without that old passcode he was not allowed to download Snapchat lol which we know kids love ? so thank you Apple. I really appreciate it. I appreciate the security measures but we can kind of make a little easier. Maybe kind of sort of to help people when they forget things to like. Maybe reset them without having to go through hoops to get things fixed but that's not the store's fault. That's a corporate thing.”

“Visited this Thursday. Convenient location, close to fitness center, shopping mall and dining area. Very tidy and friendly staff. But you will be required not take pictures or videos in the store… I am just curious why this is not OK. I was trying to explain to my dad how to get to the store and what products to choose. I also tried to find out about the education plan for my cousin who was entering college as a freshman. But overall, this is a great place to visit and shop for.”
