“Never in my life would I think I’d leave a hardware review but here I am! My husband needed a brass cleaner on a Saturday afternoon around the time most hardware stores are closed. We found this one was still opened and called to make sure it actually was since we had just tried going over to another one that was supposed to be open according to Google and it wasn’t. To avoid another pointless trip I called this one before we headed there and a lovely gentleman by the name of Jose answered and literally gave us the best customer service experience that is hard to come by these days! He said they had the cleaner in stock and asked if we’d like for him to have it ready for us at the counter which we happily agreed to. He called us back a minute later to let us know that it was actually out of stock and that to please excuse him. Like, what?! So nice of him to do! Thank you Jose!”

I was on the phone to my cell phone provider tech support for 2 hours between three calls, and they couldnt figure it out. I drove around in circles for hours, from JFK airport and ended up at this shop looking for a map to buy. The owner got his son and he figured out how to download a map and use it off line. It got me to where I need to go. I wll never fotget how the little discount store in the Bronx help me out and would not accept anything in return. This tells me they are very very good people here.
