“Called at 8am I believe i spoke to Sammy for an alternator replacement on my 2008 Rav4. Was told to come right in, got there at 9:00. Was in the repair bay by 9:10. And back on the road by noon. Was amazing after breaking down the previous night. I cold called the shop and was treated fairly. Price was reasonable!Thanks”

“Honest, reliable, quick - we could not have had a better experience! These guys are the best. We brought our 10 year old Subaru Forester into the Subaru Stamford dealership for a rattling noise and we were quoted 11K to repair a "mechanical failure" with the engine. Thank god we brought it to Red's for a second opinion. Joe Jr. squeezed us in to be seen right away and upon arriving did a quick check of our engine oil to discover that there was literally no oil. Can you believe this is how Subaru Stamford returned our car to us?! Especially after we paid them $700 for a synthetic oil change/tune up less than four months prior... Upon further inspection, Red's determined that aside from not having oil it in the engine was running fine. When we picked our car up - Joe Sr. took the time to show us how to check the oil and top it off ourselves. Everyone from Joe Sr., Joe Jr., to Benito at the front desk was awesome, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We will absolutely be returning with all of our automotive needs.”

“Primarily I went to have an inspection, but I also let them know that there's always a noise whenever it rains or right after the rain. They fixed the noise problem free of charge since it was a minor thing to do. They also let me know that at some point the links for the stabilizer need to replaced. I scheduled an appointment for the replacement and there's also the price on it, which is very helpful so that I'm aware of how much it would cost. Of course I don't have to pay anything until the work is done.Just moved into the neighborhood last year, and will certainly become a regular customer going forward!Services: Exhaust”

“I've gone to these guys a bunch of times for oil changes. The other day. There was a little oil leaking out of my car after an oil change. I didn't think much of it but then I noticed it was still going on a few weeks later. I went back to them and they changed the filter and fixed it. No extra charge. No problem. These guys take pride in their work.”

The price I was given was so much less than I was anticipating too! They have a comfortable place to relax in while you’re cars needs are being met. They completed the installation very quickly too! It’s not a shop with 20 people, so when Dan, who posted a bad review, wanted him to stop working in his regular customers cars, who he made commitments to- I don’t see that as bad service. I see that as Dan not getting what he wanted when he wanted which has nothing to do with the shop.Artie will do his best to find the best price parts to repair your car, he informs you every step of the way and charges a fair rate. He isn’t trying to take advantage.”

“I love you this place. I drove an hour away to to go there, but this morning I had the worst experience. The lady behind the counter is so rude. I just asked a question why they charge 3% fee for credit card. She started that nothing is free . Some people they came here and don’t pay for nothing, you have a choice if you want you can pay cash. I told that is not my to criticize people who don’t pay for nothing and I said you also you’re not from here, she replied that she is being here for 22 years. I just walked away. “I've been here 3 times. Hard to find a mechanic knowledgeable with diesels and one that works on duallys for the matter. The reason why I'm a return customer is because I had a problem after an alignment and new tires i bought here, I asked for them to take a look at it. Rather than try and upsell me for a new alignment or something else, they simple found out it was a minor tire issue and took care of it. Happy I gave them a chance!”
