“They are amazing! The Thor gas range I bought that they wouldn’t fix under warranty… Home Depot didn’t bat an eye, six months later they are refunding me and picking up this hunk of junk. I will be buying a new gas range from Home Depot, just not THOR!!!”
“Went to get top soil, grass seed, and hay cover. Was helped by the nicest young lady. She came right outside to help us. Didn’t have to go looking for assistance. Very knowledgeable. Great prices too. I’ll definitely be back!!!”

“Cara in Latham and Jeff in Albany are why I do business with Herzog's paint. Above and beyond service. I can ALWAYS count on getting my job done. See you soon. ?”

“I hate to admit it but I'm special needs and my favorite place to be is Lowes. It's always extremely calming and esthetically pleasing. Some people meditate, I walk around Lowes. This Lowes in particular has the perfect setup and direction, with very kind staff and beautiful displays. I have bought a lot of things for home improvement and novice construction because of how much I like what the store feels like to be in. I've also bought a number of fun lights to be used at my job for commercial video editing.”

“Best hardware store on the planet. You cannot walk in this place without three people asking if they can help you. They know everything about everything, and bring you right over to where the item you need is located. And they're happy to help, unlike the folks in the home Depot and Lowe's, who run away from customers at all costs. What a pleasure to have this store in our community.”
