Absolutely horrible service and staff. The guy who checked me in couldn’t have been more rude. They didn’t have the car i paid for and the dude basically told me to suck it up when I was disappointed I didn’t get what I paid for.

Absolutely horrible experience trying to rent a car through Hertz and was offered a choice of two filthy cars, neither of which were in the class I ordered. They were unhelpful with any type of resolution, and took no accountability. The customer service is absolutely rock bottom. 100 percent DO NOT recommend.
