“Where do I start, Carl and Denise was very helpful. I had trouble trying to decide on a unit and both was so helpful and knowledgeable about storing as well as attending to my needs. Carl asked me in detail what would I be storing and I explained it wasn’t much, clothing things like that. Right away he picked out the unit, showed it to me so I can see what size I would be working with and it was perfect. We went to the office and I was able to store right away. “My first impression of the facility is that it is a clean and secure place to store your possessions.
They are reasonably priced and have very workable access hours.
OK, That's the bad news.
The good news is my experience with the staff. Especially Danielle.She is professional, knowledgeable and super easy to work with. I spoke with Miekah several times on the phone and a thumbs up for her as well.
I just wanted to add that after 2yrs at this facility the service is still top notch. I saw Chee today and his manner and skill are greatly appreciated. Thank You”
“I've stored my belongings at Cubesmart for over a decade and I've never had a problem with the staff. The facility, was well-kept and lit properly. My major complaints are the the rising costs of storage; IMO the increases are way over the top for the same monthly services. In addition, the hours of access to one's storage unit are entirely too limited - especially on weekends. Customer access should be extended to at least 9PM or 10PM to accommodate different work schedules and/or needs. Other storage companies have longer hours of accessibility; I do not understand why Cubesmart Storage does not allow for the same flexibility in its customer access hours.”
