“Could not access hold mail on the computer. I was heading back from Fl and called the Post office and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful in handling my request. She went out of her way to help me.”
“I love the convenience and location of this post office. You can easily find parking and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There are off peak times, when I have been in and out for a few minutes. I’ve gone in and done returns and they even scan QR code so they’re pretty high-tech. Highly recommend this location.”
“I came here 9/3/24 to apply for my first ever passport. the workers were helpful and attended to me quickly. I paid for regular routine service and received my passport in the mail 9/16/24 (less than 2 weeks non expedited!!) I then received my birth certificate in the mail 9/19/24. this was such an easy and quick process and I appreciate the workers at this post office who helped out!”

“I am beyond grateful for the outstanding service I received today. I was trying to send a package and I was struggling with getting the package ready and trying to care for my two little ones. It was becoming impossible. Just when I was about to give up and try a different day the women who were working saw me struggling and helped me right away. There were two women who came around the counter and brought out toys for my little ones , I believe their names were Careen and Jeanette. Jeanette helped entertain my little ones while another women named Hani got my package already to ship. There are no words to describe how incredibly thankful I am for the love that was shown today. They worked together as a team to lend a helping out to me. I will forever be grateful.”

“I've never had an issue here. Mostly just drop off packages. I appreciate that the dropbox is always working, there are a lot of usps places that have it fill up and get locked, then you have to go on line. I did go on line once or twice for mailing things and the employees were always helpful and courteous.”
“Who goes to post office anymore but sometimes you have to I’ve been here to drop aparcels for Amazon and mainly we’ve been here for the kids passports. The staff here was very friendly with us when they did the passport application. pictures always take time so you have to go through the pain of taking the pictures again and again and again, but They were very patient with us. My children are blind some of them and it is hard to position them for the passport pictures but these people were very cooperative and I’m very thankful to them.”
“Super friendly staff, the place was a little busy but that's to be expected this time of year. The lady behind the counter made sure to help me make the right choice in shipping my package, giving me multiple options. The location itself could probably use an update, but given it's a government agency that probably won't happen for another 10 years.”

“I had the best customer service ever here. I went to see if a package of mine had been delivered there for pickup yet, and Fred
assisted me. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was unable to locate the package and I was about to leave. But as I was pulling out, he actually ran outside to let me know it was just coming off of a mail truck they were unloading. He went above and beyond to make sure I was being helped and felt satisfied here. Fred deserves a huge raise!!”

“This is the 4th time that I go to this place and I always have an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly, especially Ahmani. She's very professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I got my passport here and she was very helpful. All the time I go here I wait for her to assist me, even if I have to wait 3 minutes for her to finish helping the other person. I know that I can count with her. She should be a manager because she does a great job like a manager.”

“I do a lot of shipping here, there almost weekly, and yes sometimes the wait is longer but I’ve experienced that at many different post offices- this location is different because they work very fast to make all transactions as easy and efficient as possible- I’ve seen the staff help people out and giving customers information to make their shipping cheaper- very patient and knowledgeable, this is my number one spot for my mailing needs- I’m being totally honest, they really are great here-”

“I love coming here. Mike is the nicest guy working up front. Always kind and welcoming. The scale didn’t work the other day so I left my boxes there for him to scan after things got fixed and he was nice enough to send a receipt to me in the mail. Thank you Mike! I go all the way here instead of Queens, here in Queens they are rude. It’s worth the trip!”
“I don't think the problem is with the Post Office workers. I think the problem is with the customers who flock to this location overwhelming the staff. Especially those who go there for things other than mailing a package/letters or getting money orders. There are plenty of other avenues to buy stamps, get passports than waste the time of these fine people. We need this location for important tasks instead. Those who want passports can go to public libraries, other government offices as well. Do some critical thinking for once and improvise.”
“After a Christmas gift was delayed almost 2 months because of international shipping, Lucinda called me personally and then helped me forward the gift onto the recipient. She was very helpful and kind each time I spoke to her on the phone. It was especially helpful that I no longer live in NY and needed to take care of this from a few time zones away.”
