“My experience today was AMAZING. Gained a loyal customer due to the well informative and amazing Sleep Expert Christian Valentin. Me and my girlfriend are moving the 1st of December in the next month so we were looking for a mattress that was just right for the both of us. He made it such a breeze and a no brainer. From explaining how important sleep actually was to explaining what the mattress is made of and all about adjustable bases. If it wasnt for him, we wouldnt have found the first perfect mattress. “I wanted to update my original review because I believe in giving credit when a company makes things right.
Initially, my experience with Mattress Firm was very frustrating. After my purchase, I had ongoing issues with the mattress, and getting the situation resolved was much more difficult than it should have been. I spent a lot of time making calls, following up, and eventually had to contact corporate and the Better Business Bureau before I got the attention the issue deserved. The process was stressful, time-consuming, and honestly a hassle.
That said, once corporate got involved, they kept their word. They approved the mattress exchange I had been requesting, and the new mattress has been a huge improvement. I’m very happy with it and have been sleeping much better.
While I still believe the process needs improvement because customers shouldn’t have to go through so many steps to resolve an issue, I also believe it’s important to acknowledge when a company follows through on its promises. They ultimately did the right thing, and I appreciate that.
Thank you to everyone who helped get this resolved. I hope Mattress Firm continues improving its customer service so future customers have a smoother experience.”
