“Rarely review, let alone for USPS, but I had a really excellent experience with a USPS worker who was my clerk on Saturday, April 24th, 2021. Her nametag said Jane (receipt said Clerk #10 if that is helpful at all). I was shipping 4 separate boxes Priority Mail and she recognized that 3 of the boxes would be able to fit in flat-rate priority mailers without even having to open the boxes I had them in. She dropped each box into a flat rate mailer for me and taped each one up and helped save me $30+. Excellent experience. Thank you, Jane :)!”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I ought to know because I’ve been coming here for 37 years. The lady that was a bad clerk years ago is no longer there because her husband left her and went back to Korea by himself and then she retired. The staff now is very nice and accommodating. I’ve seen many employees even retire at this place through the years , that’s how long I’ve been coming here.I have nothing but good things to say.it’s also a safe place to get my eBay packages delivered. Too many porch pirates ( thieves) in the building I currently reside in .”
“I had the first time passport application here. showed up little early than the appointment time. No lines. Shayne was the clerk who took care of my application, very professional and with lots of patience. The process was quick, around 15 minutes. There's 15 minutes street parking in front of the post office, and 1 hour parking in the area. I had no problem with finding parking.”
“Will and Keisha are the best Postal workers in the Post Office system. I have dealt with many post offices between Brooklyn and the Bronx and they both are the nicest and most professional of all the employees I've dealt with. “It's the best place to apply for a passport. I arrived a day before my appointment to pick up a form, and the people there are so kind and polite. The next day, I arrived with my son to apply for his passport, and Jazmin is such a kind person. She helped me with everything and was so patient when taking my son's photo. “The gentleman that has been there for years is carrying this post office on his back!! He’s the nicest person I have ever encountered that works at a post office. Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”

“I have a PO Box at this location, and was expecting a package. However, the tracking info was giving me a different PO location.
I went to the window and had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Javier Velazquez. Mr. Velazquez listened and explain to me in detail the process, why I was receiving a different PO location. He checked my info and retrieved my package. I left the PO with my package (I thought it lost).
Mr. Velazquez wasn't nasty and didn't have an attitude. He was very helpful and informative.

“All these people complaining maybe the ones who don’t pay their bills. Never had problem here. Yes they can get busy and things maybe slightly delayed but not terribly. Yes everyone double parks at every business on Gramatan Avenue not in owners control. If you are using this as a business address then pay your business bills. Once again folks not supporting black business.”

“Post office near supreme Court Central jury building which across the street of Jamaica hospital center for dialysis. You have to enter door then go through security then take elevator corner left for post office. Open 9:45 am to 3:30 they do take cash and credit cards. I don't have wait in line. Nice and helpful people”

Thank you!. Great customer service. Place is small and you might miss it if not paying attention. Items for shipping (priority/flat rate boxes, labels etc ) are in stock out in the waiting area.”
“I honestly don't understand why the reviews are so negative from other people. Coming from Brooklyn, this post office is a blessing in comparison to what I've dealt with in the past. There is usually never any rush so I'm in and out and there is also a parking lot as well. I've only dealt with two staff members who seem to be there regularly and they are both extremely helpful and kind. I've been mailing out everything from here the past few months and don't plan to stop in the foreseeable future. Keep up the great work!”

“My main location where I ship ALL my packages and letters. It sucks that they aren't open on the weekends. It is always closed from 12-1:15. Joyce is the sweetest lady ever! She is so helpful and gives assistance when needed. I have mainly been coming to this location because of her!”
