“The staff at this post office are ALL truly AMAZING. They greet you with a smile and make sure every customer is totally satisfied.
An issue came up where one of the postal workers was not able to resolve an issue. The postal worker called the supervisor and problem solved.
I give them a 10 star!!!”
“I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I ought to know because I’ve been coming here for 37 years. The lady that was a bad clerk years ago is no longer there because her husband left her and went back to Korea by himself and then she retired. The staff now is very nice and accommodating. I’ve seen many employees even retire at this place through the years , that’s how long I’ve been coming here.I have nothing but good things to say.it’s also a safe place to get my eBay packages delivered. Too many porch pirates ( thieves) in the building I currently reside in .”

“I had the first time passport application here. showed up little early than the appointment time. No lines. Shayne was the clerk who took care of my application, very professional and with lots of patience. The process was quick, around 15 minutes. There's 15 minutes street parking in front of the post office, and 1 hour parking in the area. I had no problem with finding parking.”
“I went to this location on last Saturday to apply for my son passport and supervisor come out and asking me what we came for today nicely and warmly. After that he told us to go to first window. The Asian lady ( sorry I forget the name ) she is very friendly and help us very quickly. Done a few minutes. I am very satisfied with customer service. I give all stars to the post office locate in sunny side. If anyone wants to apply to passport or want to send someone parcel, come to this location . They were very friendly customer service.”
“I had a great experience at the United States Post Office in Woodmere. There was only one customer ahead of me, and the line moved very quickly. I needed a passport photo and walked in—even though the door states that an appointment is required, the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. They were able to take my photo on the spot and carefully verify that it met all passport photo requirements.
There was also plenty of parking available in the lot, which made the visit even easier. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I got back into my car, the entire process took less than 15 minutes. Efficient, friendly, and stress-free service.”

“Today was the first time going to this post office. I usually go to the big one off of Hillside and 164th and it's always a very unpleasant experience. I chose differently today and decided to go to this branch on Austin street. They had enough people behind the counter and my agent was a superstar. He helped me find the best price for shipping my package, helped me choose the right box and he made sure I didn't have to wait in line a second time! This is now my new post office!”
“I did my son’s passport here. I loved the privacy that was created in this location. They have a whole separate room for passports. Ladies taking the applications were knowledgeable and nice. “Eddie helped me with my children’s passports and he made the entire process so easy. He answered questions about the paperwork and was knowledgeable about a unique situation we were dealing with. He was meticulous but everything was done quickly and perfectly. My daughter is 2 1/2 and my son is 7 months, they were both having a bad day because a lot had gone wrong, but Eddie made it brighter. He was extremely kind and patient with my both of them. In my opinion, Eddie is worth more than 5 stars.”

“My package was having issues being delivered and the apt number was missing the team at located at US Post Office Rochdale Carriers Annex located at 120-45 168th St, Jamaica, NY 1143 went above and beyond to help, from call after call, until the package was tracked and located.I was even emailed.Once the package was in front of my door a worker name Latoya called me while was at work, and said I had delivered your package, and also informed me another package was at my door as well.They ladies as a whole we're all a blessing! I dont know them, but i apperciate them so much thier such a blessing to me , and are now my friends in my heart may God bless them and thier familes!!!! Give them a raise the deserve it thier sweet Angels ive never had such an experience from any postal workers or office like this I promise !!! GREAT JOB LADIES ,YOU'LL ROCK AND ARE GEMS!!!!”
