Don showed me the wireless power share app on my phone which blew my mind. He then did a quote to change to the upper level of My Plan...not much of an increase in cost but more accessibility to towers! Game changers both!! Don answered all my questions and concerns with honesty, caring, and humor. Liverpool Verizon is the only place I go for phone questions! It's the best!!!”
“I have I phone that when I plugged in the charger cable it would not stay plugged in or not charge quickly he quickly realize that it was just a dirty connection less than 10 minutes at working beautifully. I was so grateful that was a quick and easy fix .Recommend the place. I’m sure he Give you as good as services he did me.”

“Our bearded customer service guy, was absolutely amazing. We made an appointment and was talen right away. It was Christmas Eve. He had me and my 2 kids laughing so hard the while time but he was also super professional. We teased my kids that we were getting them flip phones, it was hilarious ?. He processed my order and got us in and out in less than 30 min. Fastest phone upgrade I've ever experienced!”
