When our sweet Abby (RIP?) began losing strength in her hind legs and became incontinent, Erica went above and beyond to make sure she still felt clean, comfortable, and cared for. From gentle baths to blow-dries and those much-needed sanitary trims, Erica made a tough time easier with her kind heart and expert touch.

She’s also been fantastic with all of our dogs over the years—and somehow just as amazing with our tiniest family member, Mini Cooper, who weighs a grand total of 3 pounds!

The receptionist - Michelle [the one who has been there many yrs ] took my check in call - and was so friendly as she always is . I seen Dr Fahey and she was as always so good with my dog and diagnosing her illness - the reception person who cashed me out was super nice - [ a new guy ]
Anyway - as always I love this hospital . I recommended my good friend to be seen with her puppy that has a inguinal hernia … and she got in with no issue .
5 star rating if I could give more I would .

7906 Oswego Rd, LiverpoolWe've been coming here for almost 20 years. Dr. Skoglund's awesome! He's so kind, caring and compassionate. He just really cares. The office staff is also awesome. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a vet practice. He diagnosed a thyroid problem that my dog, Cookie, had. I don't know what would've happened if he hadn't diagnosed it. He's easy to talk to and has a fantastic sense of humor. He's also relatable. We also talked about the Buffalo Bills at a visit back in October. Let's go Buffalo!

604 Old Liverpool Rd, LiverpoolWe rescued our boy Rizza as a puppy and as he got older he started to become reactive and we did not know how to control it. Walks were not fun, we felt like we could not take him anywhere. We did some basic trainings and he had some basic commands down, but once he was fixated on something he could not be redirected. We came to off leash k-9 in hopes that we could gain more control and confidence with Rizza and our whole outlook has completely changed for the better! Turns out Rizza is not reactive, he/we just needed the tools for success! Cas was our trainer and she gave us all the confidence and strength we needed! I would recommend her to anyone who needs the training skills to better their relationship with their dog. 100/10 ? Now we get to explore and experience all the adventures with Rizza by our side!
