“I live in SE Onondaga County but always travel to Nichols for meats, deli items, seafood, and other needs. Their meats are far & away better than Tops, Wegmans, Price Chopper, etc. the employees are always friendly & courteous. Mr. Hennigan operates a great store!”

“Albrecht Discount has a somewhat reliable selection of groceries at generally fair prices so we do most of our grocery shopping there at the moment. They also some great deals on odd stuff that go fast. The produce never lasts as long as some other places but that might be because its more organic.”
“It's an easy store to get around. Good selection of things you may need, but maybe not and not all grocery stores are the same. The shrimp is really good here and seafood options. Bargains or sale from time to time to sale off meats off faster just have to look.”
“I recently had an event catered by the Jerusalem Market. There is only one word to describe it - outstanding! The folks were so friendly and helpful. Every culinary detail was taken care of and all I had to do was pick up the food, take it home and then greet my guests. Everyone agreed it was an excellent dinner. Actually, here comes one more word and that is - Delicious! Thank you Jerusalem Market!”

“Aldi's is a wonderful store and has quite a variety of food, even though it is pretty small. Their prices are affordable, and their products are normally great. Their produce and their bread section offer quite a lot of different food options. I love going to Aldi when I don't feel like going to a big box store because you can get pretty much everything you need. The workers are always very nice and helpful!”

“Tiny but mighty! You can pretty much find anything Asian here. They have a great variety of prepared foods for lazy days when you don't want to cook everything yourself. The selling point for me is that they have excellent fresh homemade firm tofu, the kind that is perfect for stuffed tofu dishes because it doesn't disintegrate at the slightest of pressure.”
“Unique selection of items from the middle east. Fresh Halal meats at the back of the store. A lot of different cooking oils. Pickles in can and jars. Canned meats. A selection of candy. I picked up lamb and beef burgers and six quails from the frozen food area. Different type of drinks from that area of the world to choose from. Also canned fish along with dry beans note red lentils. There is whole frozen fish.”
“Western Lights Price Chopper floral department is the best for flowers because of Rachel. She’s an absolute perfectionist and her creativity is just amazing. Thank you for the beautiful arrangements, bouquets, boutonnières and trellis decorations for our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding. You are the best Rachel!”
“This is one of my favorite stores. I always enjoy shopping here every Saturday morning. The employees are always delightful and helpful. The ladies kn self-checkout are always so nice and sometimes funny.
I also love that they have an app with ecoupons and the sales are available”

“Good selection of brand names. For example, this store has the top two refrigerated kosher dill pickles as rated by the American Test Kitchen, Boar's Head and Claussens. Wegmans carries neither. The store also has a great bakery. The staff are helpful and friendly, making this a fun place to shop.”
“If you shop around for deals, keep tabs on this place. Some of the regular retail prices on national brand products are quite high, but their *sale* prices regularly undersell Walmart and Aldi. Also they have a good deli counter with grab-and-go options. Their fresh meat case is always stocked and looks great. Plenty of cheap Adirondack soda to be found. Courteous service at the front registers.”

“The store is a bit run down but, Sam does his best to provide a good local service for the neighborhood. In typical corner store fashion you can get basic household items, toiletries, snacks as well as pizza, wings and other convenience store fare. Service is always friendly.”

“Some prices are higher, some lower. Compares well with Wegmans in quality without as big a selection in produce. However, nothing wrong here at all with it compared to a better than average grocery. Similar to one of the nicer Kroger locations if you’re familiar with how Kroger and how they vary. Clean, bright, and convenient location. In there just a few minutes ago and they opened a lane promptly when the single checkout had a line getting a little long. Lady that opened the self check was really nice. Its a little unclear (google problem not store) if it is 24-hr. Google says 6a-12, I think I saw a sign there stating 24. Coming back for sure. :)”

“There are some pretty good deals and I've had good customer service by cashiers and staff the negative is not being able to take the cart to my car. I know why they have it set up the way they have it but being a disabled person it's hard carrying all your groceries to the car or even worse trust someone you don't know to watch your cart while you run to your car so thats a big red flag for me. -1 star”
“In the past, I have avoided this store. HOWEVER, they have recently completed a major makeover. The results of which have not only improved the overall look of the store, but for a change it is staffed by people who make sure the checkouts are staffed. Also, the fruits and vegetables are well stocked. So are the other departments. I definitely intend to shop here more.One side note, unlike one of Tops competitors, some of their self checkouts take cash. Very happy with the store.”
“Friendly employees and very helpful if you don't know where something is and when they have an employee shortage,those who are in the store are more than helpful but bear with them because teenagers don't want to work because of the pay scale but they have plenty of adults who cares about people”

“The selection is usually pretty good. The Special buys are cool and the meat and poultry is usually decent. The produce isles are always hit or miss. Sometimes I've gone and seen rotten/moldy/slimy veggies and sometimes the produce is rotated and looks really nice.”
