“I called Subaru with a concern regarding a scratch on my car. Within 20 minutes my car had been looked at and taken to the West Herr collision center. Chandler worked on my car and did an excellent job of removing the scratch to the point I was unable to find where it was. Samantha Gross coordinated the repair and I was home in just over an hour of the call. Thank you, Chandler for doing such a great job and also fixing another spot I hadn't seen. All free of charge!”

When they were done, I stared at the spot for an hour, I could not find any trace it was ever damaged.
