“The pharmacy staff members were extremely helpful when I was trying to get a new prescription filled. I am new to the area and one part of my medicine was sent to a pharmacy 30 minutes away, in an unfamiliar city, and the other part to yet a different pharmacy! The folks at this location, 125 S. Transit Street in Lockport, offered to get everything for me at the one location and did so quickly, while I waited. The pharmacist then explained and demonstrated the use of my new medication and didn't hurry me along. All of the pharmacy staff helped me in some way, making me feel and know they cared. I didn't know what pharmacy I was going to use but now, I have no doubt. I'll be using the Rite Aid Pharmacy located at 125 S. Transit Road in Lockport!”

“Prices are a little high but it's fast easy and convenient to find most things, the Pepsi in the fountain machines is constantly running out though, all in all it's still a great place to go for most household things.”
“I actually live down the street from here . I applied for a job so fingers crossed but several good things about this store. One : it’s always clean. Even the floor in the winter . Two all prices are displayed with out you having to look for them . Three the staff is always professional and friendly . The new remodel is incredible and really good upgrade . They participate in the marathon make it count program.”
“Convenient location for Amazon pickups. Automated package boxes sync seamlessly to your Amazon account when you’re in the vicinity of the box, the door pops open, you pick up your packages, close the door, and you’re on your way.
Largest box was about 8inches tall &12-15 wide, I think.
Rite Aid staff were helpful as well.”
“The red headed pharmacist was on maternity leave from December to May apparently, I am so happy she is back, ask for her whenever you have a problem she always know what to do. And I love their text and automatic refills so convenient! I love that I can pay and sign for my husbands scripts before coming to the pharmacy using the text link it makes it so much faster in and out and I always know what’s ready and the cost - so nice!”
