“So I ordered a phone online doing an upgrade and let me just say it became a nightmare! After going back and forth with the corporate office and Verizon customer service who did absolutely nothing to help I showed up at this store and let me tell you it was the best move I made! Ashley was amazing!! She went above and beyond what I ever thought anyone would do! Not only did she go above and beyond her 2 other coworkers also got involved helping, Kennedy the manager and Dimetri. It took 5 days to get things sorted out and though it felt long and draining they never gave up on helping me when they could have! Don’t upgrade online!! Save yourself the nightmare and go right over to this store and have them help you because they are all amazing people there!! Thank you so much for your hard work the 3 of you did for getting me out of the mess I got myself into! I think you are all so kind and caring, but Ashley you’re my hero!! Thanks again!!!!”
