“Excellent quality shoes at fair prices. My Podiatrist recommended these shoes because the footbeds are great for people who walk a lot. Came in and purchased one dressy shoe for my son's rehearsal dinner and one closed shoe and a pair of sandals. Their footbeds can be swapped out when they show wear! Highly recommend for comfort as well as style!”

They impressed me so much, not only with the customer service but the quality and time they took to care for my boot. A flat and a heel sandal. I will definitely be shopping here again . They made my experience great .”

“My wife and I stopped in to buy a suit for my father in law who recently passed away, and we were unsure of his size. The woman who works there was incredibly helpful with figuring out what we needed, and at a reasonable price. When she learned of the occasion/what we were shopping for, she was beyond sympathetic and compassionate. During a time of loss she had us both laughing, and we walked out with smiles on our faces. During our conversation she asked about the services being held, and to our surprise she came to offer her condolences at the wake. Nowadays it’s rare to meet a genuinely nice and sincere person, so the experience at Robert’s was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend shopping here if you’re looking for exceptional service!!”

“I went to this establishment and was wonderfully greeted by Eli. I absolutely love it when someone loves what they do and know what they are talking about. I should've written this review months ago when I purchased my first pair of orthopedics! This gentleman took his time and was so patient with me because I had so many questions. The experience took me back to my childhood when my mom would take me to Buster Brown to get a pair of shoes and the salesman would measure my feet and find the perfect pair of shoes for me! Very nostalgic! He even tied my sneakers and showed me how to walk properly! We need more people in the service industry like Eli these days. They are a dying breed! I look forward to going back there to buy another pair very soon. Please give this guy a raise and a Christmas bonus”

There was a specific belt that was sold out everywhere- online and in Bloomingdale’s, and Allen was able to locate one in their store and save my Christmas!I called, he secured the belt for me & I was able to pick it up after work and he wrapped it all perfect for me for my fiancé for Christmas.
