“We lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it! Everything here was so perfect - location, staffs, building size, etc. We lived in other high-rise buildings in LIC and I can guarantee you Luna was the best. Front desk people were so nice and you can get your package the moment they were delivered. We moved out just because we wanted to try other neighborhoods and occasionally regret it.”

Nice view and facilities: it’s not the newest but everything is spacious and well maintained, plus the view to manhattan and bridge is amazing

Most importantly, they got the most friendly staff imo. They are always super helpful and kind. The management is really good and responsive.

You can hear sound from train but this is LIC xD.

Qlic is not the most fancy one but I love it during my 2 years here and it got everything to be called a home.”

“Friendly staff and responsive management. Respectful neighbors. The building is located near essential commodities: ferry, restaurants, pharmacy, parks, free street parking (although challenging)…

I only regret that the grocery stores nearby are quite overpriced, even by NYC standards. Also, I lived on the 7th floor and it can get very windy up there. My windows were not sealed properly and the whistling noises kept me up many nights.”

“I was a tenant at Pearson for a year and honestly one of the best buildings I’ve stayed in during my time in NY (I’ve been at three different buildings before). The building manager Mark is honestly the best of the best. Super kind, responsive and efficient. The management company should definitely pay him more. My issues were always fixed quickly thanks to Mark. Garrick at the front desk is also amazing, he takes the time to get to know the tenants and always so welcoming and helpful. I’m only moving since I want to be back in the city and a bigger space. The leasing office is kind of terrible and unresponsive but at the end of the day I didn’t have trouble getting my deposit back and they did end up extending my lease when I needed more time. THANK YOU MARK AND GARRICK!!!”

“There are very interesting people here from all walks of life’s of life. A small dog park in the building is a bit of a social hub. There are parties on the roof top organized by the management. they attract a lot of people. But it’s impossible to meet face-to-face with the management. And when you are emailing with them they may suddenly take a leave f absence for 6 months.”
