“I recently visited this building and had a great experience. The basketball court and gym are well maintained, and the rooftop offers amazing views with lots of space to relax. I also liked the indoor lounge area — it’s spacious, comfortable, and has WiFi available. Overall, it’s a great building with excellent amenities and a welcoming atmosphere.”

Everything here was so perfect - location, staffs, building size, etc. We lived in other high-rise buildings in LIC and I can guarantee you Luna was the best. Front desk people were so nice and you can get your package the moment they were delivered. We moved out just because we wanted to try other neighborhoods and occasionally regret it.”

“Living at QLIC has been a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which makes everyday living much easier and more enjoyable. The building is very well maintained, common areas are always clean, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally.

One of the biggest advantages is the location. Being so close to the subway makes commuting into Manhattan or getting around the city incredibly convenient. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live with easy access to transportation, QLIC is a fantastic option.”

I only regret that the grocery stores nearby are quite overpriced, even by NYC standards. Also, I lived on the 7th floor and it can get very windy up there. My windows were not sealed properly and the whistling noises kept me up many nights.”

“Going on our third year here in the building. Absolutely no complaints. From the front desk staff, to management, to tenants, to the package room staff, it's been a great experience. I've lived in several apartments throughout my time in NYC and this by far has been the best. The accessibility to the city by ferry, car, or train is very easy. It's a quiet neighborhood. The views are incredibly stunning. I know I won't live here forever, but I know I'll surely be sad when that day comes.”

“I was a tenant at Pearson for a year and honestly one of the best buildings I’ve stayed in during my time in NY (I’ve been at three different buildings before). The building manager Mark is honestly the best of the best. Super kind, responsive and efficient. The management company should definitely pay him more. My issues were always fixed quickly thanks to Mark. Garrick at the front desk is also amazing, he takes the time to get to know the tenants and always so welcoming and helpful. I’m only moving since I want to be back in the city and a bigger space. The leasing office is kind of terrible and unresponsive but at the end of the day I didn’t have trouble getting my deposit back and they did end up extending my lease when I needed more time. “I lived at crescent club for 8 enjoyable years. I made many lasting friends and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the building. My apartment was sunny and had great lighting with east and west exposures. The building amenities like the pool and fitness center added to a sense of community. Overall the building supers and porters were very accommodating whenever I had an issue (and there were a few maintenance issues). Most of the doorman were cheerful and friendly. I would certainly recommend Crescent Club - particularly the units on upper floors or those with large terraces. A good value for the right unit.”
