“Pre-check in made the whole process easy. I was 10 minutes early to my 1pm reservation. When I arrived at AVIS, I was greeted by Erica who was friendly and efficient. She was helping another costumer so I did have to wait a bit but I didn't mind since I showed up early. I was signing forms and getting the keys to my reservation right after she finished with the previous customers. After getting the keys, garage security pulled up the car, checked the gas/milage/condition of the rental and I was good to go. I only needed the car for a few hours so I returned later that day. Return was easy and simple as well. Clear signs where to return to vehicle, security is there to meet you and an email confirmation was sent with the bill and no extra / hidden fees. Everything went as expected. Don't know why they have so many poor reviews. Would recommend and rent from them again!”
